2. Free Trial Period

  • No payment is required during the trial period

  • You can cancel anytime during the trial without charge

  • To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial ends

  • Cancellation takes effect immediately

  • You will not be charged if you cancel during the trial

3. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Add-on features or one-time purchases (unless defective)

5. Billing Errors

If you are accidentally charged multiple times:

  • Most issues can be resolved quickly without chargebacks

6.2 Chargeback Consequences

  • Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension

  • We reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks

  • Repeated chargebacks may result in permanent account termination

7. Account Termination by SimplifyOpsCo

7.1 Violation of Terms

If we terminate your account for violating our Terms of Service:

  • No refund will be provided

  • You remain liable for any outstanding fees

7.2 Service Discontinuation

If we discontinue the Service entirely:

  • We will provide 60 days’ notice

  • We will refund any prepaid fees for unused service time

8. Downgrades

8.1 Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade to a lower-tier plan:

  • The change takes effect at the next billing cycle

  • No refund for the difference in the current billing period

  • You may lose access to premium features immediately

9. Payment Method Changes

  • You can update your payment method anytime in your account settings

  • Updated payment methods will be used for future charges

  • We are not responsible for failed payments due to expired cards

10. Taxes and Fees

  • Refunds do not include taxes or payment processing fees

  • Depending on your location, you may be responsible for applicable taxes

  • It may take an additional 3-10 business days for your bank to process the refund
