2. Free Trial Period
2.1 Trial Details
We offer a free trial period as indicated on our Pricing page
No payment is required during the trial period
You can cancel anytime during the trial without charge
2.2 Trial Cancellation
To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial ends
Cancellation takes effect immediately
You will not be charged if you cancel during the trial
3. Subscription Cancellation
3.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time by:
Logging into your account and going to Settings > Subscription

3.2 When Cancellation Takes Effect
Monthly subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
Annual subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your annual term
You will continue to have access until the end of your paid period
3.3 No Partial Refunds
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period
You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
4. Refund Policy
4.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers:
Available for first-time subscribers only
Must be requested within 30 days of initial purchase
Full refund of the first month or annual subscription fee
Does not apply to renewals or subsequent subscriptions
4.2 How to Request a Refund

4.3 Refund Exceptions
Refunds are NOT available for:
Subscriptions beyond the 30-day period
Subscription renewals (monthly or annual)
Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
Partial months or unused portions of subscriptions
Add-on features or one-time purchases (unless defective)
5. Billing Errors
5.1 Duplicate Charges
If you are accidentally charged multiple times:

We will investigate and refund duplicate charges within 7 business days
5.2 Incorrect Amount
If you are charged an incorrect amount:
Notify us within 30 days of the charge
Provide proof of the error
We will correct the charge or issue a refund as appropriate
6. Chargebacks
6.1 Contact Us First
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank:
Contact our support team to resolve the issue
Most issues can be resolved quickly without chargebacks
6.2 Chargeback Consequences
Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension
We reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks
Repeated chargebacks may result in permanent account termination
7. Account Termination by SimplifyOpsCo
7.1 Violation of Terms
If we terminate your account for violating our Terms of Service:
No refund will be provided
You remain liable for any outstanding fees
7.2 Service Discontinuation
If we discontinue the Service entirely:
We will provide 60 days’ notice
We will refund any prepaid fees for unused service time
8. Downgrades
8.1 Plan Downgrades
If you downgrade to a lower-tier plan:
The change takes effect at the next billing cycle
No refund for the difference in the current billing period
You may lose access to premium features immediately
9. Payment Method Changes
You can update your payment method anytime in your account settings
Updated payment methods will be used for future charges
We are not responsible for failed payments due to expired cards
10. Taxes and Fees
Refunds do not include taxes or payment processing fees
Depending on your location, you may be responsible for applicable taxes
11. Processing Time
11.1 Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
It may take an additional 3-10 business days for your bank to process the refund
11.2 Notification
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
