We offer month-to-month contracts with the flexibility to cancel anytime. To cancel your subscription, simply provide 30 days' notice. Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period, ensuring a smooth transition.

60-Day ROI Guarantee

We stand behind our service quality with confidence. If the AI hasn't captured at least 10 qualified appointments within 60 days of your onboarding, we will provide a full refund of your setup fee, no questions asked. This guarantee ensures you only pay for results.

Subscription Refunds

Refund availability depends on your subscription type:

• Annual Plans: Pro-rated refunds are available if you cancel mid-term. The refund will be calculated based on the remaining months of service.
• Monthly Plans: Monthly subscription charges are non-refundable for the current billing period. However, you can cancel anytime to avoid future charges.

Setup Fee

Our one-time onboarding fee ranges from $500 to $1,500, depending on the complexity of your integration and customization needs. Here's how refunds work:

• Within 60 Days: Refundable under our 60-day ROI guarantee (see above).
• After 60 Days: Non-refundable, as we've completed the onboarding and customization work.

How to Cancel

Cancelling your subscription is straightforward. To initiate the cancellation process:

• Or contact your account manager directly
• Written confirmation will be provided to you
• A 30-day notice period applies from the date of your cancellation request

After Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription, here's what happens with your data and service:

• Your data will be retained for 90 days, giving you time to export it if needed
• After 90 days, all data will be permanently deleted from our systems
• You can request a data export at any time during the 90-day retention period
• We provide seamless handoff support to help transition your operations back to your team
